Cancelation Policy:
As a courtesy please let us know 24 hrs ahead of time if you won't be able to make it to your appointment. There are other kitties that need to be spoiled and can fill your vacant spot. As a small business No Shows affect us and to be able to provide the best service it would be great to get a heads up and help you reschedule at a more convenient time.
Late Policy:
We will give you a 10 minute grace period but after that you will need to reschedule your appointment. It's important to show up in a timely manner because we provide service to other customers at certain time slots.
